Chocolate Origins
About 2000 years ago, the Mayan people was the first, so he believes, to create the chocolate, which he consumed as a beverage. It was also used by the Aztecs and later was introduced to Europe by Spanish conquistadors, where it became especially popular in the Spanish royal court.
Eat Chocolate and Stay Fit
My friends tell me I'm "the eighth wonder of the world" because I hate chocolates. I do not know why I do not like him but I always thought that chocolate was just a sweet edible piece without any benefits. He had heard people complaining about the ill effects of eating chocolate. So I took pride in not having it. But my opinion changed the day I saw the movie "Chocolat". The proven benefits of chocolate high in the film along with various delicacies made of it made me jealous of others who loved chocolates. So for people who still holds the myth that chocolates calories mean, I would correct them and instigators to eat chocolate almost every day.
