How to Eat Chocolate and Not Get Fat

Many people have a weakness for chocolate. Master the art itself. Always makes me feel better whenever I eat it. Well, if truth be told, I feel better right away but usually begin to feel guilty and wonder if this enjoyment is going to backfire on me and I will see this chocolate in my abs, thighs, armo later, or end.

I know that many people have the same emotions dual with respect to chocolate. You want it, you crave, but you are scared to indulge. After all, you make much effort to remain lean, you workout, you eat right, and you do not want to ruin with some small piece of chocolate.

The truth is that you do not have to worry as much. You can enjoy a fine piece of chocolate while you do it right, while you take the right steps as described in this article:

1. You need to have some control over the amounts you eat. You can not expect silly filled with chocolate and expect not to gain weight. I highly recommend that you eat in moderation. It is up to you to keep some control and it is possible. Buy smaller packages of chocolate, limit yourself to one or two bars, do not overdo it.

2. Eat chocolate occasionally strategic body which can best deal with the added calories. You want to feed your body with chocolate when your metabolism is at its highest point. This is usually after your workout, for 1-2 hours. During that time his body is like an oven, increasingly impatient burn calories. This is the time to enjoy themselves without getting into trouble.

3. You need to choose the right kind of chocolate. Yes, you can love milk chocolate but is full of sugar and just not good for you. Dark chocolate is much better and is really healthy for you. What makes the fat in chocolate is added sugar, no cocoa beans. So, you want to eat chocolate that has a high concentration of cocoa beans. I recommend the concentration of cocoa beans from 70% to make sure it is still healthy for you. Although dark chocolate is more bitter than milk chocolate, may still be quite tasty and retains a certain sweetness. I often like the dark chocolate of 85% but that may be on the cover, 70% will.

If you follow these rules you can eat chocolate and not get fat. Enjoy.
